Puzzle Help: Identify the Board Before Revealing Hints

Quick answer

Match your board to the community map before applying a hint. Its internal file-name labels identify the author’s entries; we have not verified those names in the game’s menus. Read nudge → mechanism → full steps in order. A full route is only printed after site gameplay or two independently authored, version-checkable continuous gameplay records; a third-party record is never described as site testing.

Naming and index

Opening the mirror_pals deep link displays that file name and the map’s orange marker 22. The number belongs to this community map. Compare the pictured board, not only the number, before using a solution for another build.

Known trouble spots

Dragon / monster-survival report

Nudge: consider whether one creature must remain alive while you reposition the dragon.

Reveal the reported mechanism

In a June help-thread exchange about a northern board, nicoreese says the dragon can be pushed and pulled and that one monster must survive. The reports also point to the upper-right crystal and warn that switching characters does not consume a turn. This advice belongs to that discussion’s board; it is not a win condition for every dragon puzzle.

Full steps and failure check

The discussion does not supply a start-board match that this site can certify. It describes a setup with a rock on the bottom row, the pull character above it, and the push character two tiles above; after one pull, the push character moves both down. Treat that as a board-specific community hint. Stop if your board differs or a second creature remains in the dragon’s attack line.

mirror_pals — identify before solving

Nudge: compare your board with the map entry before assuming that “orange 22” names the same puzzle.

Mechanism evidence

The map verifies the identifier and offers an external Solution Player. The site does not mirror the map’s solution data. Cappa Games’ full 105-level record and Tesla Coil’s separate exploratory record both show the demo’s mirror-region play, but neither is labelled here as a site test or used to invent a generic clone-distance rule.

Full steps

Open the external Solution Player only after matching the pictured board. Its result is third-party community material; record the build and board image before applying it. This guide does not copy its move string or claim that the site executed it.

Before treating a low counter as a missing level

One historical player reported a corrected count after restarting. That observation does not distinguish an unsolved board from a display issue in your build. Record the counter and board identifier; consult the dated demo notes for the report’s limits.

What receives a complete solution

A complete route needs either our own captured starting board, moves, failure/recovery check and success state, or two independently authored continuous gameplay records whose build and board match can be checked. These entries remain scoped hints until that threshold is met.
